In the course of database management, I seem to have to lost the last 3 posts made today.

1. - Tamagno's post in the Fasting thread
2. - Bigskygal's post (query) in the Exercise thread and
3. - My reply to the above.

Just to repeat my answer to bigskygal's question;

To use the Attachments feature, you have to use the "REPLY" button, and not the "Quick Reply" text box below the posts.
Once Reply is clicked, and the text box is open, click once inside the box to get your cursor in,
Click Attachments & Other options
