Hi all,     
I am shirish m/54 type II diabeted since last 5 ears. Readings were 350/250 and 10.2 A1c.  SKB forced me to adopt LCHF with bit of exercise. I religously followed him and wow I had 115/105 and A1c was 5.2 in years time.. that too without single medicine.
But recently figures became bad since I cd not.get transfer to the place where my family stays.  Without.exercise and diet.  Now  in few weeks i will go go to.my place. I have to start again. Hope to get help from all of you to revive LCHF's success and good health.

SKB can be very persuasive, but he also sets a good example, doesn't he? 


It's good that you're getting to go back to your place so you can get back to LCHF and control your diabetes. Have you still been testing?
