Vent re neighbors

A couple of days ago my neighbor bought a package that USPS had tossed in their ditch. We were talking outside and she said he had "the Rona" back in June...maybe. Not surprised as they had parties and many people in and out over the Summer. She was working at a gas station...essential worker but lifestyle didn't help. What she told me totally shocked me! They went off in their camper to a family gathering while she was sick after dx with Covid. She sort of quarantined in the camper but her husband kept coming in and taking his temp with the same thermometer she was using (not cleaning), yet he didn't get sick. Like he wanted to get sick...what is wrong with people? They're going off on a trip to some dirt racing retead track soon... 

I am scared to death to basically leave my house and these people are trying to get sick??? Again I ask what is wrong with these people???

ETA this is also the neighbor that tries to make the road  traversable...a hard choice between anger and get along...

That is a hard choice Barbara.  I definitely would keep my distance from this lady and maybe from the family as a whole until Covid goes away if it ever does.  I also don't understand the states that have lifted the mask rule and now all the people that grumbled about wearing a mask are free to spread the germs they may have come in contact with.

I like the term "the rona".

The Rona is such a new thing and there is so much information and mis-information about it, I don't know what to believe and what not to. Keeping your distance from such neighbors, for now, is the safest bet for you. Especially all those who live alone.

OMG! My neighbor is so irresponsible! Yes, he drags the road... but now he is driving around in his huge tractor with a bucket in front with 3 of his little grand kids in the bucket! He raises it way up and then lowers it down to the ground. He is going to kill one of these kids one of these days...and apparently their parents don't seem to mind... again, I have to ask what is wrong with these people??? He drives around in his yard with the kids on top of his pickup truck too!

Am I overreacting???
