Yes, wishing everyone a Happy, Healthy, Prosperous New Year!! May 2022 be a much better year than 2021 was.

2021 had to kick us one more time, Betty White passed away NYE, 18 days before her 100th birthday. :(

Yes, Happy New Year, hope it is a better year than 2021.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.
