Thanks so much everyone!!  I've had a great  trip and head home tomorrow.  It was so hot yesterday I thought Imwas going to melt away, but today was better, thank goodness as I don't do heat well.

I had so much fun with my grand daughters.  My DD has an above ground p

ool,in her yard and today we also,put together a trampoline for her.  This 5 yo girl has more energy than the energizer bunny!  Hour in the pool, hour jumping another hour in the pool and more jumping, playing basketball with her older cousins and another swim.  Friday she had a 1/2 day pre-school and and swam for 2 blocks of 1 hour each and was still going strong in the evening!!  She wore me out just watching her. 

The older girls, my DS' daughters are just as busy.  His youngest was singing a song when they were leaving tonight and I was astounded at what a gorgeous voice she has!  I wish I could stay longer, but everyone's schedule is so busy there isn' much free time.

I took a vacation from testing while I was gone but stayed pretty true to lac/he, except for about 3 Tbsp of fried rice at dinner on my b-day.  Will resume testing Monday night.

Happy birthday! I am so glad you had a fun day and your granddaughters sound awesome. I firsthand see the crazy energy levels at my place too. It is so much fun to just be there- in that moment.
