Oh my gosh!!  Thank you all so much for the birthday wishes!! 

I am sorry I have not been around much lately.  Work has been crazy and there is stuff going on in my personal life too that is just creating a lot of stress.

Have been sticking to lc/hf as much as possible.  I travel often for work and sometimes it is hard, but I try.  My numbers are slowly getting better.  Fasting is still pretty high in the 140's but after meals are much better than before.  No more 200's now mostly in the 130's and 140's.  Still need some tweaking, I know, but life is throwing a lot of curve balls at me right now.

I will try to check in more regularly but can't promise anything at this point.  Again thanks for all the Birthday wishes!!
