I wish I had kept a list like that. I had notes a long time ago but have no idea where they are now unfortunately. Agree Wally, it is good to go back and revisit and I too hope Em_P will continue to post as it helps us too.

Well, I am certain that she will even if she implements LCHF at 10% in her diet. Plus, as you say it brings back so many memories and lessons for us as well and probably reignites our own passion for better BG control.
