Good to be back. Had a splendid weekend with friends in Kuala Lumpur.  Completely refreshed.

Glad to hear you had a nice week-end Rocky.  It was fairly warm in northern California both days, so I got my chores done in the morning hours.  I played bingo last night and won the very last game, so that made me happy.  Am planning to make a BLT salad tonight - lots of bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, cucumbers and shredded cheddar cheese!

Yeah. I had a swell time. Went out with friends after a really long time. Couldn't do these sort of things in Saudia.
Your salad sounds interesting. Got to ask my mum to make it someday.

You can't go wrong with this kind of salad, Rocky . . . tell your mom to just tear up lettuce, add coarsely chopped tomato/cucumber/avocado and lots of crisp cooked bacon & a nice sprinkle of shredded cheese. We eat ours with just mayonnaise dressing (mayonnaise thinned with cream so it's pourable) & it's so delicious & filling!
