Well, that is why I test still, to find out what foods I can deal with and what to expect. Some things that I avoided in the past I have found out that I can deal with better than I expected and it has allowed me to get a somewhat more varied diet and still keep my bg in line.

Same thing here. Although in the near past I got a little carried away, I'm back to being more careful and it is showing in most of my readings.
