It is an interesting article and holds hope for all who depend on insulin.  I remember when  inhalable insulin was supposed to be the next big thing but it fizzled out.  It will be interesting to see where this goes.

I keep hearing that they are going to find a cure for diabetes....Now that would be something, but the drug companies would probably keep it hidden from the world...!!!

I believe Afreza is now with another company and going to make a comeback as an ultra rapid acting inhalalable insulin.

This was an interesting read. I wonder when this will become commercially available. Since this is beneficial to the companies promoting it, I don't expect it to take more than 3-5 years to hit the market ?

I know some people who take insulin shots. Will share with them. this will surely make them very happy. And sweety is right. This should hopefully be out in the market in the next 5 years or so.
