Thanks for letting me know about this forum Shanny. Maybe it will help me get back on LCHF track.

I suppose like most here I am concerned about the fallout from this election, for diabetics and also other non- white, upper class, evangelistic males.

A month into my 42nd year. I pumped for six years but am doing better on MDI, thanks to the pumping experience and help from forums like this.

Welcome John.  Is there any special reason you decided to return to MDI after 6 years of the pump?

After about five years, I began suffering from chronic occlusions. They'd always happened, now and then, maybe monthly, but it got to be every set. I also got laid off in 2012 and insurance was iffy. I decided to give it a try and it's worked well. I now shoot Lantus at bed and when I wake. Both quite low doses. And I shoot Novorapid when I wake equal to my metric blood reading. If I am 6, I inject 6.

Sorry, I don't. My peak period was 2006 until about 2010.
