8 ounces   cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup   mayonnaise
1 cup   chopped stuffed green olives
2 tbsp.   olive juice
1/2 cup   chopped pecans
dash of pepper

Mash cheese with fork. Add mayonnaise and blend until smooth. Add olives, olive juice, pecans and pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate.

Credit where due: This recipe came from Heloise Cruse's column "Hints From Heloise"  many years ago. It's delicious and oh-so-low carb!

It looks really good Shanny.  My challenge is to come up with something low carb to spread it on.   :)

That looks yummy Shanny!!

Wally, spread it on celery, scrape cauliflower or broccoli through it. It might even be good on steak!

Absolutely - it's excellent on crudités. And it IS good on steak!

Just be careful about adding the olive juice . . . add a little & taste. Some olives are too salty & adding the juice makes the dip too salty.

I'm missing my old computer because there were years of information on it which I've lost now . . . well, it MIGHT be lost. I haven't had a chance to have it checked if the hard drive is dead. If I can recover anything from the hard drive, I may be able to get my recipes back.

But there's a green goddess dressing recipe that's good on steak too. I'll see if I can find it somewhere else & bring it here.

(Never mind . . . it's already here! LOL! https://www.diabetic.pub/forum//index.php?topic=537.0)
