Are you guys planning something special ? I mean like going to a Ball or a bash. Some of my friends are planning a small get-together at a friend's place. I have to be extra careful I eat well so that I don't mess with my numbers again. I'm looking forward to it.

Same here. We're home doing routine things, maybe be asleep by 10. If not Mumbai, we go and have a very quiet evening, under the stars (they're visible) at our farm. But not this year.

Same here - we tend to stay home and off the road way which are not in good winter driving conditions.  We usually plan an evening with an early meal and then have maybe a piece of fruit with a hot cup of tea as the year ends.

Used to celebrate the New Years in younger years but now I am in bed well before Midnight.  Last year I spent New Years in the Hospital with a broken hip so this year is going to be a lot better.

We had a dinner at Home. Just family members. In all about 9 of us. The children had some music and games. There was cake and I had a piece.

Did my introvert thing. Stayed home with my daughter with some netflix and had food delivered at home. Husband and son went to some new year bash and had fun.

My mom was here and was giving me a talk on how i should be more organised and less lazy in life. The world felt perfectly normal and as i know it.

She left today morning and i am already having withdrawal symptoms!

Our party lasted well into the morning. Good food, good music and good company. Overall a good time.
