Russian Ads

I know of Google's "targeted" ads and I see a lot of ads for Glucose meters or other Diabetes products. But today morning I see this Russian ad. I wonder who they are targeting with this, but then, we do see a lot of Guests & visitors from Russia & east Europe. In fact, most of our banned members are Russian. So, maybe, yes it makes sense.

I guess my Adblock is still working . . . although it isn't naming this ad, it's apparently stopping something called BrainyZanyGames . . .

Funny, I've been getting a fair bit of Russian stuff coming up on Pinterest as well, mostly recipes. (Actually, some of the winter men's clothing I see from there looks pretty good.)

I haven't seen that one, yet, but Ad Choices does tend to try and show you what it thinks are relevant and often mirrors items you have looked at elsewhere.  Sometimes the choice their AI makes are puzzling.
