Someone in one of my FB groups suggested this due to cell phones ... I suspect it is chemical exposure -- endocrine disruptors are everywhere, including foods and cosmetics.  Additionally, I suspect (with little evidence) that T2d and hyperglcemia may initiate beta cell stress and distress, which initiates the autoimmune response.  People get hysterical at that possibility, however ...

Interesting thoughts and wouldn't it be wonderful if someone somewhere could figure out why so many are falling prey to this disease?

Good to see you back and posting again. Please visit everyday and enlighten us with your knowledge and experience.

Coming to endocrine disruptors, I heard a short video clip yesterday on a WhatsApp group which I am happy to share here. I think he makes a lot of sense.
