I am also from Mumbai. I have a distant aunt who lives in Baroda.
Are you a Gujrati and if so are you strictly vegetarian. Answers to these questions will help the seniors in the group to guide you well. What are you average numbers. We have a very good BG Tracker which you can use to chart your numbers for any period. Try it.

Yes Yes I am diabetes type 2 patient. I am consult with my doctor Dr. Talsania. I am a Gujarati pure veg middle age person. Doctor is giving me two times medicine glucunorm. I am having blood sugar below 150. Now I am much bettar. Thank you.

Are you taking Gluconorm or Gluconorm Forte ?
The second one is a combo pill and the second drug, Glimepiride is known to cause too many hypos (low readings). The pathways to that are not very appreciated across the diabetic population and even in some official medical circles.
