LOL. Yesterday was a day for autocorrect. A chef I follow on twitter, Iron Chef Symon, tweeted in response to a question from a guy how to keep his hamburgers from plumping up like meatballs on the grill. Symon's response "Flatten a kitten more and put thumb print in middle...should fix your problem" Resulted in a long thread of great horrified cat memes that made me laugh out loud. He meant to say flatten pattie more.
