Green Goddess dip for beef

This started out as dip for beef fondue back in the years fondue was the rage, but we've cut to the chase and use it any time we have steaks. It's a delicious way to add fat to your meal.

8 ounce cream cheese
2 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin

Blend cream cheese with HWC until smooth; add remaining ingredients and allow time for flavors to marry before serving.

Somehow I missed this one when it was first posted.  I think I'll be trying this soon, when my son is home on leave.  He loves steak, and I think he might enjoy this with his steak

If you really like cumin, as I do, don't be afraid to increase it a bit, as I do!

Thanks, yeah, I do really like cumin, I put a lot in my chili, so I will probably be free with it.
