Cheese is ok, wine i cannot have. never had.

Interesting... red wine, cheese...I should be solid. Don't eat lamb that often, but I like it and can sure add it in once a week. I don't use salt excessively.  But, I do have family history of Alzheimer's. Will read this in full later.
