Hello once again

Hello one and all,

Some of you may remember me from the previous forum site but to introduce myself to all - my name is Clea, I live in the UK, 2 grown children (one at home albeit sporadically), husband and 2 cats, and teach mathematics to 11-18 year olds.
I am 50, post-menopausal, type 2 with hypothyroid, medications Sukkarto SR 2000mg, Forxiga 10mg, levothyroxine 100mcg and Ramipril 10mg? (not sure of the dose at the time of writing - 1 pill daily!) 142lb and moderate activity - walks mainly.

Control was good until 2018 when it started slipping slowly but surely... Change of medication at that time from Metformin ER to Sukkarto SR but also coming out of perimenopause to full menopause. So not sure where the issue lies? Still eating LCHF with the occasional slip (watching those and being much stricter again now).

Return to school tomorrow - slightly scared as my husband has been diagnosed with severe COPD and worried about bring the virus home with me
