It's great to see this new forum for so many reasons, not the least of which are so many old friends!

Thank you, SKB for alerting me to this; it seems fun to be starting a brand new site yet with friends and the familiar and crucial LCHF precepts.

I'll be looking forward to exploring the site in depth and participating as appropriate.

So wonderful to be back with old friends. I've missed you all!

I'm doing reasonably well. Having my second cataract procedure Wednesday morning with the first done back in March uneventfully.

Elsewise, I'm having the usual little troubles associated with both diabetes and Stiff Person Syndrome, the latter lately causing breathing trouble.

Reminds me of what I tell my school kids is Mr. S's first law of singing:

"When you breath in, you inspire. When you don't breath, you expire."
