Hey everyone. I've been Type I since 1989 and A1c is 7.6. It tends to stay around that number and have never gone below 7.0. I'm on a medtronic 770G pump so not sure if it is really helping. Live in Texas all my life too.

Hi dmd121 and welcome. We have had T-1 members before but right now we are all T-2 so it is good to hear from another T-1.  The one thing I learned from one of our former T-1 members that was on a pump is that it isn't easy but it can be managed.  Hope you are able to stick around and please ask anything you may have a question about.
