Thanks everyone !     Yeah,74 trips around the sun and still kicking !  It's been a pretty good ride so far and promises to continue.
@Starsign, When I was working I was pretty active, I worked outside and much of it was physical, I would walk about 5 miles a day.  When I retired at first I spent most of my time sitting on my but and that really did nothing good for me.  I decided to try and be more active and walking was the best thing it seemed to do.  It did a lot for my physical well being and I made it a goal to walk as much as I could.  I have had issues and it isn't always easy, osteoarthritis in both knees and intermittent claudication in my left leg has made it more difficult so I just try and do what I can.  My goal has been 10,000 steps a day but lately I have only been doing 4-5K a day but I get out as much as I can.
