This naturopathic doc Peter Glidden seems quite sure of himself and makes some good points . . . and he seems to go to great lengths to set the stage for his declarations. I'm just not sure I'd put all my eggs in his basket.

OK. The point emphasised is how the chemotherapy drug model works in the medicine world. It is out and out thuggery.

It is certainly something to think about and become more educated about.  Should I ever have to face a cancer diagnosis, I already know that I'll be utilizing several different alternative methods in dealing with it, either in addition to or in place of, conventional chemo/radiation therapy. 

My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in her 70's.  She was given the option of having chemo/radiation therapy, but declined.  She had a mastectomy, and then recuperated at home (mainly by dozing quietly on the couch and letting her body heal).  Fortunately, the surgery did seem to remove all of the cancer and she is still cancer-free, more than 10 years later. 

I've learned to always do research on my own before taking any new medication suggested by my doctor.  I want to make the best-informed decision I can.

I lost an uncle to cancer 2 years ago. Had I known this I would have at least informed him and then allowed him to take an educated decision.
