  The first subject caught my fancy and I thought I would share it.  For over 20 years I was told by my doctors that I was "doing great" with blood sugar A1c in the 6-7% range and all the time I was doing damage.

I don't know how I missed this post, but I also saw the same link on a sleep apnea forum recently.  This blog must have far reaching influence.  Lots and lots of reading to do there for me anyway.  Thank You Wally for posting it here.
