Hello Pablo,
Yes your last post on this thread was moved because it was not anymore relevant to your Introduction. Based on your question, I renamed it 'Why Low Carb' as Shanny has pointed out.

To understand forum Navigation we have 3 posts titled Site Navigation and these can be reached from the right side panel. Reading from that would make you more conversant with the forum layout & features.

Besides, upon login you will see your Avatar on the top left, with two lines (1) Show unread posts since last visit (2) Show new replies to your posts. Both of these lines are links which will take you to the area of your choosing.
