Many of us know each other over several years & across many forums. But some of us don't. So what is the relevance of your Username here.

I'll go first, SKB are my initials and I've used this name across several (different types) forums.

Good idea.
This is the first ever forum that I have joined. I was not really familiar with forum practices. When I was prompted for a username I didn't want to use my real name & I thought of using starsignvirgo but that was too long, so I stuck with starsign.

This is my first forum as well. Since this is a diabetic forum I thought Sweety would be appropriate, plus it also was my pet name in childhood. Now only my parents call me that.

[Shanny]

My given name is Shannon, and my family has always called me Shan or Shanny. You all are part of my family!

[Grammabear]

My first name is Kathy.  My username is Grammabear, which I have used across several forums.  My username came about one day when my then very young grandson was visiting me.  He noticed that I am a bit 'growly' until I've had my first cup of coffee, so he gave me that nickname and it just kind of "stuck".

[Rhiannon]

I use the name Rhiannon on various forums - it dates back to my high school days when Fleetwood Mac was huge and I loved their song Rhiannon.  No one calls me that in real life.  My real life initials are M.J. and that's what most people call me.

I use bigskygal because I live in beautiful big sky Montana!!  I have used several different names in the forums I've joined. It never occurred to me to use the same one in all!

Nice to know a little bit more about all of you. Shanny, I'm happy to be included as family.
Well, I am a Stallone fan. When the movie Rocky came out, I kind of styled myself like the man. I have the small slanty eyes like Rocky so friends started teasing me as Rocky. Somehow that name stuck and I've been Rocky ever since.

In 86 when I bought my first Mac, I could'nt'' sign on, my husband me to try patdart as I was an artist and it was accepted, so I've stuck with it.

Well, most people would probably look at my icon and the fact that walking is my choice of exercise and figure that it was a no-brainer where my user name came from but that would be wrong.   
That all came after the fact.  I live in a mountain pass called Walker Pass and moved here about 20 years ago.  I have no imagination trying to come up with a user name and when I first moved here I needed something to use to set up my e-mail and other accounts so walkerwally was easy and not something common.  Kind of funny that walking became my choice of exercise about three years ago after retirement.
