I'm sick as a dog and don't know what to eat. All I want is  something cold an creamy, like i cream. My throat is raw and killing me. I  also don'r have the energy to cook  anything.    :(

Looks like a severe throat inflammation & flu. I don't know if you can get some basic medication like paracetamol OTC there. Best would be to consult the Dr.

You should see a doc, CCL, because something that severe could well be strep or scarlet fever (same germ), and that's a wicked bug if left untreated. It can even develop into a rheumatic condition.

As for something cool & creamy, I would look for something like Carbsmart or Carbmaster ice cream or ice cream bars.

I hope this subsides quickly . . . being that sick is so miserable.  ~hug~

Timewise

Old timers say when fever is present only drink 'clear broth'....chicken soup, beef broth, etc.   I think having tea or coffee with heavy whipping cream might also be ok.....

Hope you get to feeling better....

Did you have your flu shot this year?

Yep . . . 'feed a cold - starve a fever'.  ~cfe~

Can't really *like* your post but wanted you to know I hope you feel better soon.  I agree with Shanny - send someone to get you some ice cream bars or coconut bars.
