Green Goddess Fondue Dip

We don't do fondue anymore, but this is terrific on steak too!

6 - 8 ounces cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Blend cream cheese with milk until smooth; add remaining ingredients and allow time for flavors to marry before serving.

This reminded me of cucumber raita which is my all time fav.

Grate 3 cucumbers. Add yogurt. Add salt. Add roasted crushed peanuts and chopped green chillies and coriander.

Not high fat to satiate but I have 3 bowls of it sometimes and still want more.
