I remember very interesting discussions on Methylglyoxal on the previous forum. I read this study which says that MG may be cause rather than the effect of diabetes.

Interesting but like much research it seems to pose more questions, which is good and leads to more research to find answers.  Another article i found that is older shows that Metformin helps with MG levels.

I take one metformin (500) now. Sometimes I wonder should I stop that also. But with so many protective elements I think I should continue with it.
