The Australians are saying what we knew all along. Eggs don't pose any cardiovascular risk.

Our bodies make their own cholesterol if outside sources don't provide enough. It is manufactured in our livers. Don't even need to eat eggs.  ;)

It just shows how hard it is for people to give up on an idea once it is ingrained in them.  Even  Ancel Keys  agreed that dietary cholesterol had no effect on serum cholesterol.  It still took health professionals years to finally come to that conclusion after years of admonishing people from eating things like eggs.  Even though there was never any proof that it was a problem.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.
