Ignore the "reversing" bit, apart from which I find this article interesting, coming from India, where people are by and large vegetarians.

At the bottom of the article is the mention of Anup Singh, who runs a Diabetes forum called dLife. If any of you remember, he was known as RusticGuy on our previous forum. He and a Tony (Singh) were the 2 active Indians when I had enrolled.
