No idea, I haven't used one, but I would suggest the Control D. Meter and strips both are cheapest and pretty accurate.

I have used the One Touch Ultra Mini and found it to be a good meter.  I currently use the Contour Next One meter which is also small and in my opinion a little more accurate than previous meters I have used.  I don't know about the cost where you live however.

Yes I bought the meter and strips on amazon. It was a steal deal at the time. Now I think prices have gone up, but still it is inexpensive.
