Quite true. I have often wondered what a coach can teach a World No. 1, but they all do have a coach. Mostly for moral support and a different perspective.

And then there is "The Principle of Value" which says that "we appreciate things in direct proportion to the price we pay for them." As an example, It has been observed that sponsored students don't ever put in the amount of effort and hardwork compared to students who pay from their own pocket.
