96 this morning.  Warmer again today with an overnight low of 33°, well, 1° warmer but still, it's a trend !  Now they are predicting an 80% chance of rain tonight and tomorrow.  The National Weather Service is predicting a chance of snow here on Christmas and the day after.  I doubt it but it would be novel.
My shopping this year for Christmas gifts consisted of gift cards.  It may be lazy but no shipping involved and they are better able to get what they want rather than me trying to pick something out.  As such my Christmas shopping was finished a couple of weeks ago.  I remember in the past doing gift shopping on Christmas Eve.   ::)

50° was the high yesterday. Today's forecast is 49° with overnight low at 29°.

I've done gift cards for years but this year I had promised 3 oldest GDs I'd send some old ornaments to them. Then I found the box with Christmas collector plates so they are each getting one of them too. So 3 separate boxes for them and one box to DDs kids. And none are done yet...

It'll be a bit warmer today, hopefully enough to melt some ice on paths and make it easier to get to the wood shed.

106 this morning.

It doesn't seem like Christmas without snow, but the temperature here is just 33 deg F, so our chances for a white Christmas are slim to none.

I like the idea of gift cards.  How do you all decide 'where' you will purchase the gift cards?

86 this morning.  Well, it started raining around 3:30 AM and it may last all day.  It is a slow steady rain which is great.  The temp. is warm starting out at 43° at 5:00 AM.  It should be out of here today and nothing tomorrow or Christmas day but there is a chance of another storm bringing more rain the day after Christmas.  Lots of snow in the mountains and the ski resorts are doing quite well.

112 this morning. Late to post had some errands to run.

49° was the high yesterday. Today only got up to 42°, it is 32° right now and rain/possible snow is in the forecast for tonight. May be some white on the ground tomorrow!

Weather here is very foggy.  Rest of the week in the upper 40s and 50s. 

Thanks bigskygal for the recommendation on Amazon gift cards.  I see so many different kinds of cards on a rack at our grocery store and some of the stores I never heard of.

87 this morning.  We got just under 1/2 inch of rain yesterday and it is out of here now.  Another storm is due Thursday and we should see some rain but higher elevations will see snow.  It will be a white Christmas at the old house in the mountains and wet here.  Both are good.
I got out yesterday and picked up some groceries and don't have to go anywhere today, hooray !     ~clp~

114 this cloudy morning. Light dusting of snow this morning, but it may not last until tomorrow.

42° was the high yesterday. Today's forecast is 36° with overnight of 23°, no snow in forecast. Quick trip to PO and then I home till after Christmas.

110 this morning.

Merry Christmas to all from Illinois where it is also snowless.  Weather is unseasonably 'warm' at 50 something degrees F.  Will spend this Christmas Day making a meal for our family ~ salmon, mashed potatoes from potatoes grown in our garden this summer, french green beans and maybe apple pie for desert.  Not carb friendly at all, but hope I can hold the line on BG numbers.

105 this morning.  We are supposed to get rain or snow tomorrow starting after 1:00 AM and lasting through the day.  Weather channel says rain and the National Weather Service says snow so we will see who is right.  Today just partly cloudy and a high of 52° same as yesterday.
