101 this morning.

I haven't found the smiley emoticons yet, anyone know where they are hiding?

I enjoy flavored coffee and tried Maple Pecan recently.  It is really good and does not raise my 'bg'.  Also tried making "Sun Tea" with herb tea and that was also a nice surprise.

90 this morning.  Spring like weather continues but windy.  The wind is supposed to be out of here after today and it is going to warm up a bit.  Could be pushing 80° by next week.
Grammabear, I am guessing you are using the "quick reply" and I don't see any smileys there either.  If you click on the preview button they will be there.  Also if you click on the reply button they are there.   :D

95 this cloudy morning, 105 at bedtime last night.

It started to lightly snow a bit ago. It is very wet and isn't sticking on the clear areas. The prediction was for rain, but I'll take this rain/snow mix as it won't melt the existing snow as fast. Snow in the forecast for tomorrow...

Like Wally said, if you use the 'Quick Reply' box at the bottom of the posts, the editor will open up without the Emojis. If you want to use them, you have to click the "Reply" button and the extra Emoticons can be found by clicking the "More" button.

You cannot view this attachment.

Note : If you use the "Quote" option for a reply, by default it will open up the "Quick Reply" box.

The workaround for that is (to use Quote + Emoticons) ;
1. Click Quote to open the Quick Reply box with the nested Quote.
2. Select all the text and use Cntrl+C (to copy) or Cntrl+X (to cut)
3. Now click the Back Button and then the Reply button
4. Cntrl+V to paste the copied text into it and proceed.

Complicated, but that is how it is.

Thanks skb! I can't wait for May when I get to meet him! :)

It is even easier on my MacBook Air. I hit Quote and then just highlight the text, click on it and hit Copy then go to Reply and hit Paste and it is there in the box I can use the emoticon in.

102 this morning.

Congratulations, BigSkyGal - that's a fabulous photo and you're doubtless eager to met him in person! Great name, by the way; not common these days, but good and strong.

I'm not an emoticon user, but on Macs, you'll find an emoticon keyboard in your keyboard settings you could activate which would make it quite easy.

Congratulations Barbara on the arrival of that new precious bundle of joy.  Time will pass quickly until you get to cuddle him in person.

Going this morning to get our taxes done....ugh.  It is annoying that with the price of prescription medicines they still make it tough to be able to deduct the cost.  These high deductibles are most annoying.

Spent way too much time last night trying to fix a problem with my iphone 7.  Apple doesn't make it easy.

I also found that if you are in the "Quick Reply box you can just click on the "Preview" button and it takes everything to the regular reply box with all of the Emoticons.  Easy   :D

109 this morning.  It is going to be another windy day today but warming up after that.  We are supposed to be in the 80s next week.  I am hoping for more Spring until it gets hot.

That's a neat trick. I was not aware of this. I will copy this to Tips & Tricks board.

130 this morning.

An interesting visit with my endocrinologist yesterday. Blood work is pretty good, but at 7.6 my A1c is a little high. He gave me a new insulin to try (two vials!) That's a Novolog variation with faster onset and lasting about 3-1\2 hours rather than the standard four. It'll be interesting to see how it works.
