97 this morning.

Going to pick up my shoes that Medicare allows me to have.  Not sure about this, just hope the shoes are comfortable.

108 this morning.  We were right at the predicted 90° and should be the same today.  Still may see some rain Thursday.
Our internet comes by cable and when we moved here I decided to buy a cable modem instead of paying the $10 a month for theirs.  The nicest on I found was made by Netgear and it does a good job.  It is dual band and it is fast, at least as fast as our cable allows.  We don't have fiber optic available in this neighborhood and probably never will.  It does a good job of covering the whole house inside bit I did need to get an extender to reach the back yard.  That was pretty cheap and seems to do the job.
I just thought it would be worth a try to see if the Chinese food would work.  I do know there are a lit of things that are a problem and I have avoided it in the past but I was picky and it seemed to go OK.

102 this morning, 104 last night before bed.

High today was 80° though all my apps said it was 82°. My outdoor thermometer said 80 so that is what I am going with.  :) Overnight prediction 49°.

102 today. A couple of times I've also seen fasting numbers in the 90s.

I smile reading all the weather reports from there. It's very hot and sweaty here.  :(

172 this morning.

I love my adjustable bed, but have discovered a serious problem, vis, you can easily settle into too extreme a position and fall asleep before you've changed it. Gosh, I did that last night and woke a couple hours later nearly unable to breath and with the worst neck pain I've ever had. Thankfully, it's slowly easing with some analgesic and moving around, but heavens!

117 this morning.

Sweety - Our temperature this morning is 57 deg F and the 'high' today will be around 75 deg F.  All too soon we will be reaching much higher temperatures with increasing oppressive humidity.  So for right now we are enjoying the clean, fresh air.  :)

Tamagno - I also have an adjustable bed and one time I fell asleep in a certain bed position.  Woke up much later and fortunately for me, I had the remote handy so I could make the bed flat in order to "right myself" again.  Definitely not my best night at that time.

108 this morning.  We are looking at what is being called a "winter storm" in May tomorrow because it is coming out of the north and will be colder.  We may get some rain but they are expecting up to 6 inches of snow in the Sierras.  Even though it will be cooler here it will still be in the mid 70s.
My only experience with an adjustable bed was in the hospital and because I was on my back it was quite nice.  I don't think I could get used to one at home.  I sleep on my side and I am just not comfortable on my back.

111 this cloudy morning, 103 at bedtime last night.

High today was 70° overnight prediction 49°. Few drizzles today and slight chance of raining the evening. Rain predicted for Thursday/Friday.

We are under a Flood Watch from 6PM Friday to 6PM Monday. All the snow we had this winter is melting and filling the rivers and stream plus a warm  significant rain storm on Friday are cause for alarm. Sigh, I thought I dodged the flooding bullet when the local melt didn't flood me. The seasonal creek on the side of the house is already up to the bottom of my bridge. I'll be holding my breath a lot over the weekend.

Me too. I move a lot in my sleep and I toss and turn all night. I need a flat bed with a hard mattress.

Mostly a side sleeper here but when I had my mastectomy I had to sleep on my back for weeks, it was torture! With the surgery on my neck next month I will again have to sleep on my back for a while...again torture.  :(

165 this morning.

Because of the cancer I can no longer sleep flat or much at all on either side. Anyway, I seem to have gotten things much improved by means of analgesics and some simple back/neck exercises.

Still cool and rainy here - hopefully better today - I really want to get outside more!

84 this morning.  Well, we started to get a sprinkle around 6:30 AM and it showed on the pavement but it was not even enough to register on my weather station and now it looks like that will be all.  It is snowing right now in the sierras and mammoth Mountain Ski area is expecting 8 inches on top of the 150 inches they have.

103 this cloudy morning. Fell asleep in the recliner last night and didn't wake up until 5:30AM so no bedtime test.

Looks like the high will be 71° today with scattered thunder storms. Lots of rain in the forecast for the next few days. The bug people are coming to spray outside today. I hope it isn't going to be a waste of $$ what with all the rain coming.

I also sleep on my sides. I cannot sleep straight on my back. Most nights I sleep on the mattress on the floor. My husband and daughter sleep on the bed.

104 today and yesterday.
