Resolutions ?

Any resolutions for 2019 ?

I'm not much into that but I do need to improve numbers with stricter dietary control. I didn't wait for the calendar to change the year number, but started it mid December. Hopefully by March all parameters should fall in line. Bad sleeping makes me miss my workouts as well. That is another area that needs looking into.

Not something for me either, SKB.

It does make me somewhat marvel at how recalcitrant we all are about changing habits, whether small or more substantial personality traits, however.

Naturally, I resolve each year to quit not drinking, but I stubbornly habitually break that resolution.

Since i have been able to return to using Novolog insulin, I have no excuse for not trying to improve my numbers.  So I guess if I were to have a resolution, it would be to have more stability in my numbers and less variation from real high to real low.

Sleeping is a challenge and it can certainly influence a big portion of our lives.  Good Luck to you skb.

I don't really go in for resolutions at the start of the year either.  I have been telling myself that I need to do some strength training and I guess now would be a good time to start.

Not into the resolution thing either. I think most people's resolutions are lucky to last till the end of January!

Your sense of humour reminds me of Bounty or Bountyman, as he is known across Diabetes forums.
