111 ( 6.2 ) this morning.  Not really sure where that came from, ran in the 85-90 range all day yesterday and 95 2 hours after dinner.  I must have done something to upset my liver but I can't help but wonder if something is going to appear, or maybe not.  High wind warning today and tonight with winds 35-45 MPH here but some areas can expect high gusts to 70 MPH and that is not a stretch as they had 60MPH yesterday.

Thanks SKB, I see where I made my error now.

My liver is reporting something too, Wally, but I know not what.  I had 124 today and I KNOW I didn't eat over 20 carbs yesterday.  I do still have allergies and my foot wound is doing fine almost healed in fact, so who knows?  In any case, as long as I know I'm being a good girl, I shan't worry about it.  The vagaries again!

I think allergies are the culprits in a lot of it . . . I'm not testing as much as I used to, but I'm definitely getting some higher numbers. The only thing I've been doing is pouring on the anti-inflammatories (fish oil/krill oil/curcumin) to bolster LCHF in keeping inflammation to a minimum.

78 (4.3) this rainy morning, 80 (4.4) at bedtime last night.

Late to the party, slept late, had to get to PT then pick up taxes and grocery shop. I am beat!! Allergies still going strong and I'm beginning to wonder if I have something going on in my right ear.  It just won't clear. :( So far numbers aren't too out of whack.

Wow. I saw 70s twice, earlier this year, and then quite a few 80s but they are all bed time numbers. For the mornings it's almost always a 3 digit number less an than 110.

I frequently see 70's fasting even sometimes at bedtime.  Allergies have me a little higher lately.

97 (5.4) this morning.  Down from yesterday and that's good.  Windy as heck here yesterday and last night.  We had winds 35-45MPH and it was steady all day.  A couple of nearby Mtn. Passes had 81MPH and 76MPH gusts recorded.  I'm heading to Laughlin, NV today for the weekend and expect a headwind all the way with the possibility of blowing dust, UGH.  Well, it will be warmer there, 85-90°F  which I like.

For those who live on this side of the globe, here's the temperature conversion formulae

103 this morning for me.  I wish I'd finally get to see the 80's or so again, but allergy may be keeping it up high.  Or, maybe the antihistamine?  Oh, well as long as I know I'm being good!

125 this morning. Still trying to wrap my head around all the changes I have to make.

Maggie

I have a question about fasting bgs. Today mine was 345 and that is a lot higher than it used to be. I got pills for UTI and have been taking them like I should, but could the pills be causing such high bg?

patdart

More likely the UTI, Maggie.  Infections run our blood sugar up frequently with UTI the biggest culprit it seems to me.  Just take pills, eat as you normally do and keep the faith!  Feel better soon, I pray.
