day 2 at the gym was slightly btr than day 1
the morning number still around the same 105
but i know it will drop 7-8 points suddenly like it dis last time  :D

I'm certain that it will ease up in a day or two.
My BG was 91 today morning  ;D
No walks fr the past several days. But I'll be able to find time from tomorrow right until Sunday. Yes the rains have dried up and it's beginning to get hot now  ~hot~

130 this morning.

Talked to my aunt down home (the world traveler - including places like Patagonia). She and my uncle now want to go Iceland again which she says is very beautiful.

In keeping with our weather theme, maybe I should start reporting on Icelandic weather...

101 this morning.

Our temp this morning is 61 deg F (16 C) however it is supposed to climb back up next week.  Guess summer is not quite over yet.
Type 1, Tslim X2 pump, Dexcom G6
A1C 6.2% ~ Mar 2021

99 (5.48) this morning.  Well, it is below 100 so I have to like that.   :)
Temperature wise we had a high yesterday of 68° (20°C) and low this morning of 34° (1.1°C) so a preview of what's to come, but not yet.  Cold front has passed and it will be warming back up, maybe not as much as before but still in the 80's. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet. 
A1c 5.4%   8/5/2024

71 (3.93) this cool partly cloudy morning, 84 (4.65) at bedtime last night.

62°F (16.66°C) here right now, never going to make a high of 69°F!! 

T-2 dx 2/2012 FBG 243 A1c 9.5%   A1c 6/12  5.7%.  A1c 4% 7/13 to 12/16.
12-16  5.1%.  6/18 5.3%.  6/19  5.7%.  6/20 5.7%.  7/21 5.2%.  8/22 5.5%. 7/23 6%. 7/24 6.8%.
Off meds 3/15, diet controlled.  Minimal exercise.

85 pre dinner last evening and 112 this morning. This after, I couldn't hold back, and nibbled at a little sweet post dinner.  ;D

I read this morning that the US Military is very concerned with the changing weather patterns. They 'now' think that the climate change is a real threat, and not far away. Well, that only means that we are also on the right track.

143 this morning.

It's been chilly in Connecticut over night; it was just over 50 degrees Fahrenheit this morning with highs in the low 70s this afternoon. Humidity's still high so it feels odd.

Temps in Reykjavik range from the low 40s to mid 50s this week with high winds coming Friday. (Okay, to really appreciate this you want to imagine the "World's Strongest Man" TV show with a bunch of giant blond guys named Magnus Von Magnussen picking up railway cars while battling fierce wind.)

94 (5.21) this morning.  Like promised it is warming up, high yesterday 75° (23.9°C) and low overnight 41° (5°C) and it should be warmer today and maybe the wind has gone.

108 this morning, not sure how that number happened but I will gladly take it anytime.

Reykjavik sounds like a place I would like to visit when our temperature here is in the 90s with humidity to match.
