74 (4.1) this blue sky morning, 69 (3.82) at bedtime last night.

T-2 dx 2/2012 FBG 243 A1c 9.5%   A1c 6/12  5.7%.  A1c 4% 7/13 to 12/16.
12-16  5.1%.  6/18 5.3%.  6/19  5.7%.  6/20 5.7%.  7/21 5.2%.  8/22 5.5%. 7/23 6%. 7/24 6.8%.
Off meds 3/15, diet controlled.  Minimal exercise.

126 today morning. Now I have a frozen left shoulder, back & upper arm. I was in slight pain yesterday morning yet I did my full sets of weights. That seems to have aggravated it.

Looks like the season for ailments. I've recovered from my cold / flu but numbers are still in 115-120. Recorded 120 today.  :(

What's going on around here? I say there are too many ailments going on...

I think the steroids wore off yesterday as glucose started plummeting. Now I'm back on a more reasonable basal rate.

Using T-Slim pump and Dexcom G6 CGM with Control IQ.

93 (5.15) this morning.  I went to town yesterday and had blood drawn then picked my remaining supplements and a few things at the store.  Supplements are not considered a prescription drug and as such are not covered by insurance although one I have to take is only available from the pharmacy with a doctors order and is $50.99 for a 25 day supply.  Go figure.
When I got home there was a message from my doctor that my Magnesium was much too low and I needed to get Mag oxide like NOW and start taking it.  That meant another 60 mile round trip to town, ugh.  Weird that none of the supplements I was told to take included Magnesium even though I was getting it every day in the hospital.  Off in a bit for an appointment with my primary to go over what is happening so far. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

141 (7.8) this morning and I have no idea why.  Workmen that were replacing windows in our house have finished so stress level should be back to normal - whatever that is.

Good Luck to Wally on your doctor appointments and hope he/she can help you get things sorted out.

I HATE all the trips to town! People seem to think we can just hop on our roller skates & get there in a flash . . . it takes us an 80-mile round trip to the doc's office or hospital. Even just to the nearest little unincorporated hamlet is a 10-mile round trip, and all that's there is a gas station & convenience store. I s'pose we should be thankful for small favors, but it gets harder & harder to get out & about.

Yeah, one of the inconveniences we live with being out in the "boonies".  It does make it difficult at times, next week I have two appointments in a larger town, one to see an Endo and one for a PET Scan and that is a 75 mile trip from home.  Well, at least I can go to Costco.   :)

79 (4.38) this foggy morning, 80  (4.43) at bedtime last night.

Man I hear you about the trips to town.  I had to go up to town today to get a hair cut and find something to wear for DD's wedding next week. 70 mile round trip and I forgot to go to Pet Smart for cat food! So I am going to have to go up again in a couple of days.   :(  That's the only place I can find his grain free food.

I've started buying Waylon's catfood at Amazon, and even big boxes of Milkbones for Fritz. I was already buying cat litter there. It not only gets these big heavy boxes delivered right to our door (and usually inside onto the kitchen table!  ;) ), it save both shipping and sales tax, not even to mention the gas we use on a 30-40 mile round trip to town. Our UPS driver told me a lot of people are getting their dog & cat food shipped from Amazon.

Yup. For the past couple of months people are having assorted health issues. I hope we can all tide over this smoothly. I was at 116 today morning. A drop of about 10 points. If I can maintain or drop another 10, I'll be quite happy.
