103 (5.71) this morning.  I am supposed to start the prep today for the "Camera Pill" I am going to ingest tomorrow.  Very much like the prep for a Colonoscopy, a cleaning out of the intestine.  The fun continues.   :)
We did get rain last night, just under 1/2 inch which is quite good for here and we really need it. 
Haven't heard from Tamagno, hope he's OK.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

90 this morning.

Temperature here is 23F (-5C) and we now have to wear winter clothes.  Sunny and cold this morning also.

84 (4.65) this cool morning, 85 (4.71) at bedtime last night.

Had a wonderful time with DD and new spouse this weekend!! Went totally off the reservation (diet wise) Sat night and Sun morning, but I guess all the exercise Sun saved my "bacon". Still might see some repercussions, but I am being really good as I have apt for A1c Dec 8.

T-2 dx 2/2012 FBG 243 A1c 9.5%   A1c 6/12  5.7%.  A1c 4% 7/13 to 12/16.
12-16  5.1%.  6/18 5.3%.  6/19  5.7%.  6/20 5.7%.  7/21 5.2%.  8/22 5.5%. 7/23 6%. 7/24 6.8%.
Off meds 3/15, diet controlled.  Minimal exercise.

194 this morning.

I spent a couple of days in bed just sleeping; zero energy.

But, last night I broke down and took hydrocodone which really helped. Hadn't realized I was in pain.

Wally, my gastroenterologist showed me the camera-pill technology one time. Actually, it looks pretty cool and I'll join the list waiting to hear more.

80 (4.43) this morning.  Well, that is the result of nothing to eat all day except for some chicken broth.  Up early this morning as I have to travel 75 miles to the doctors office for the camera.  Cleaned out yesterday, boy did I clean out !  I weighed 4 pounds less this morning.   :)
The camera is supposed to be the size of a vitamin pill so shouldn't be a problem and the monitoring is for 8 hours.  I start at 8:00 AM this morning.  Nothing to eat or drink till then and 2 hours after the camera is swallowed. 
They call it Capsule Endoscopy and it probably is the only way to see what is going on in the small intestine so pretty cool at that.

86 (4.7) this morning.

Sky is cloudy and gray this morning with a 80% chance of rain.  Not happy to hear that as we are hoping for company to arrive today or tomorrow for the holidays.  Outside temperature is 32F (0 C) so anything can happen including the 'S' word.

I was really expecting to see some higher numbers after my weekend eating...

Yes you are rocky. Thanks for pushing me in the right direction. Slightly lower at 130 today. Hopefully I'll post a better number tomorrow.

My own numbers have dropped 7-8 points. Today I was at 90  ;D

92 (5.10) this morning.  Back to more normal numbers it looks like but after two days of fasting for the camera thing I did pile it on last night for dinner so this number is good. 
The camera was really easy to swallow so that part was easy.  The recorder you have wired to sensors on your body is rather large and you have to wear a harness to keep it on you.  Rather awkward and a bit of a pain in the rear but it's for 8 hours and then return to the office to have it removed.  Follow up appointment with the doctor is in two weeks so I will find out the results then. 
I forgot to add, it looks like we will have rain this Saturday and Sunday, 90% chance, and possibly snow on Sunday.  That would be super so hoping it happens.
