75 (4.15) this mostly blue sky morning, 83 (4.59) at bedtime last night.

Corned beef & cabbage w a few slices of carrot cooked in, washed down with a Michelob Ultra for dinner last night.  Pretty much the same dinner for tonight.  Leftovers are great!!  I didn't cook a whole corned beef, my local market had cooked chunks in the deli so  I got a nice fatty one! 2 meals and 1 serving of meat in the freezer. Yum!

89 (4.9) this morning.  Happy first day of spring everyone.   ;D  Almond trees in full bloom and wild flowers starting to appear, could be a good year for wild flowers with the rain we have received so far.

Late to post, had to go to PT and then run some errands.  Two more sessions then a 2 week break while the therapist goes on vacation.  Then maybe a couple more when she gets back.

88 (4.9) this morning.  I had a bump on my hand that was bothering me so I went to the Dermatologist yesterday and out came the scalpel. Two biopsies later I came home and now wait to hear if either one is positive.  Nothing new, I believe that I have had 8 surgeries for skin cancer in the last 5 years and it's pretty minor but best to get it as soon as possible.  A friend of mine's dad had a sore spot on his ear and just picked at it for a long time until he finally went to have it looked at and ended up losing half of his ear and then had to go through chemo and  radiation treatment to get it all.  I have been a regular at the Dermatologist ever since that. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet. 
A1c 5.4%   8/1/2023

Weight was 280 now 186, 94# lost so far
