91 (5.04) this morning.  We are getting up to about 80° (26.67°C) each day right now but the humidity is at about 20% or lower.  With such a low humidity I can take the higher heat with no problem and up to 90-95° is OK, over that I tend to stay inside where we have cooling.  We do have a joke here in the Mojave Desert.

86 (4.76) this cool overcast morning, 95 (5.26) at bedtime last night.

Cooling trend here for a few days with varying % for some rain.  It is 65°F (18.33°C) right now, humidity at 34%.  I'll take that!!

T-2 dx 2/2012 FBG 243 A1c 9.5%   A1c 6/12  5.7%.  A1c 4% 7/13 to 12/16.

Off meds 3/15, diet controlled.  Minimal exercise.

Actually, it's been pleasant up here this week with, um, not much humidity. Even kept the windows open last night.

101 (5.6) this morning.  We only got up to 73° (22.8°C) yesterday which was a surprise and it was quite windy all day.  Should be about the same today or maybe a bit warmer and another windy day.  The heat is coming next week  and the first day of summer promises to be HOT.

112 this morning but I'm happy because the meter I'm now using reads consistently high. The actual BG number might very well be in the high 90s. Ive reintroduced portion control at dinner time to drop my fasting numbers.

97 (5.37) this morning.  Our high yesterday was 76° (24.4°C)  which was quite pleasant, should be heading for high 90's next week.  Tomorrow I'm heading for Laughlin, Nevada on the Colorado River and it's supposed to be 120° (48.9°C) there Monday.  Not unusual for that area this time of year, I've been there when it was 125° (51.67°C) and you really want to stay indoors.  When you go outside it's like someone opened an oven door, LOL.

We'll be in the mid-90s all week long, peaking at 96° Monday. And not much cooling overnight either . . . but there's one silver lining: The grass doesn't grow so fast when it stays so hot! ;)
