157 this morning.

Good for you with the gym, Rocky. It'll be interesting to see how that effects your glucose.

Off to the endocrinologist this morning; that should be interesting as well...

122 this morning.  It is getting pretty warm here, but not blazing hot thank goodness.  There are some bad fires going on in mid-southern California (near Santa Barbara) :(

86 (4.76) this mostly clear morning, 88 (4.88) at bedtime last night.

Had to find a new yard person as the one I have used for years moved away from the area.  Hope they are just as good.  May have to find a tree person too if they don't do trimming.

300 this morning.

Okay, Rocky, wish I could blame the fruit salad! No, I just over-corrected a hypo last night.

Yesterday's visit with the endocrinologist yielded an a1c of 7.8 that is actually a few points lower than last time - still pretty good in my case. Vitamin D level is up a bit to 9, but still way low - I've got some other pancreatic weirdness causing me to not absorb nutrients, so supplements and sun haven't helped. It's all right though as I rarely have bones cracking, etc.

94 (5.21) this partly cloudy morning, 92 (5.1) at bedtime.  Blaming it on Mama Lupe's Low Carb tortilla I had for dinner.  Even though I loaded it with guacamole, sour cream, olives and cheese... About once a month I eat one until the package is gone and I won't buy them any more.  But boy did it taste good!!

88 this morning which interestingly converts to 4.88 mmol/l.   I haven't been able to post the last couple of days as the Wi-Fi at the hotel here in Laughlin, Nevada for some reason was horrible and I could not connect.  High temp yesterday reached the predicted 120 degrees.  Welcome to Nevada in the summer time.  ~sny~

Tamagno

258 this morning.

I haven't been able to get glucose down - at least explains the nausea - should be under control shortly as I raised my basal rate substantially.

Wally, just being in Nevada explains the lousy wifi (Area 51 - need I say more?). Look out for Men in Black...

91 (5.04)  this morning.  Cooler today, only 114° LOL.  Yes SKB, the south west normally sees temperatures over 100° in the summer time.  Hottest temperature ever recorded in the world was recorded in Death Valley, California at 134° and that is not too far from where I live.
@Tamagno, you may have something there !

I had blood work done last week and asked for an A1C done for this period and it was 5.6 and the NP said that she really doubted that less than 50% of the population could boast better or even the same.  I knew it was going to be higher than the reading when I was in rehab when it was 5.0.  I've regained the weight I lost during my stay. Now to get it back down!
