92 (5.1) this morning.  We were at a high of 96° (35.6°C) yesterday and probably a degree or two higher today.  There is a light breeze though and that and low humidity helps but it still feels like the middle of July here !   ;).

SKB, hope your family get better soon.

Off meds 3/15, diet controlled.  Minimal exercise.

109 this morning. 

And much to my dismay, crack slaw raises my BG 30-40 pts., sigh.  Although I think I used too many onions.  So I'll try again - hope springs eternal.  :)

110 today. Upper end of normal, but normal.
Thanks for your thoughts. 2 out of 3 are better now. Ami's still down with some fever but she should be OK by end of the day. I'm trying to keep myself insulated from all the coughing & sneezing going around. So far so good.

Started going through huge boxes of inherited tools. Most of its junk, but there's also a decent pile of antique stuff that I'll sell at a friend's antique mall in the Midwest if I can get them there.

Likely do more today...

97 (5.37) this morning.  Boy, every day for at least the next 10 days is supposed to be the same +or- 1-2 degrees.  Not a drop of rain in sight, humidity 10-15%.  Except for no rain it is really quite nice and normal for this time of year.

Kris, I am surprised that crack slaw raised your bg so much.  It's one of the things I can eat as much as I want and see very little rise.  Just shows how we are all different and testing is the only way to know.

180 this morning and that is what I get for eating mixed nuts w/o doing an extra bolus for them.   :o
