98 (5.4) this morning.  There is a 30-40% chance of thunderstorms today and tomorrow.  It would be really nice to see a downpour on the last day of April.  ~ltn~

This must be a huge system! We had rain in the night here too, and it's cool & cloudy today.

If I were a child again, I'd be busy today making May baskets to distribute to friends for May Basket Day!  ;D

Snap myself from yesterday 84 (4.65) this morning again.  84 at bedtime last night.

Cool, cloudy and rainy here too!

Weird, my CGM said 171 - it's not usually that far off.

Rain and clouds continue...

That's a big difference. In such circumstances what do you trust more, especially if insulin dosage has to be calculated.

77 (4.3) this morning.  No rain yesterday but quite windy and it was steady all day long, also a bit cool.  There is supposed to be a 50% chance of thunderstorms today but it's sunny and calm now.

It is heart warming to meet someone who also remembers the custom of making "May" baskets.  Thank you for the smile.

My fbg was 117 this morning - maybe another basal rate adjustment tonight.

88 (4.87) this mostly blue sky morning, 85 (4.7) at bedtime last night.

Allergies are flaring up again! Yuk!

When I was in elementary school we had a May pole every year and learned how to weave it.  If I recall correctly it was only the 5th & 6th graders that got to actually do it, but everyone watched. Long tie ago...

We did May Day Poles every year too.  I remember how much fun it was to weave it when I was in the 4th grade.  Moved to another school and never even heard them mentioned again.

I woke but 'noodled' for a couple of hours and finally sat up and tested 96.  Woke to sad news, so I guess I knew it at some level.  Was 95 yesterday and have gained back the weight i'd lost while in rehab.  Things seem to finally normalizing.  Doctor has finally dismissed me from further treatment also this week.

Allergy is still bad here.  Changed to Allegra and can't tell it is any better, Barb.  Yuk is right!

bigskygal

I'm going to change to Allegra when I finish this bottle of generic Claritin. My ears never unplug and it is really uncomfortable!

Can I join the whine club re allergies?  These have really got me down this year andI think they are not helping my numbers any.  :(

Tamagno

173 this morning.

SKB, the glucometer is always more accurate than the CGM as it measures from blood whereas the CGM measures subcutaneously.

101 (5.6) this morning.  Sore throat this morning, not sure where that came from.  Off in a bit to have a skin cancer removed from my left hand.  I think this is # 11, or maybe # 12.
