I follow him and Jimmy Moore on Twitter (I never post).  They have been doing the circuit of lc/hf/keto/fasting conferences for over a year.  I think Eenfeldt left his medical practice to do this a year or more ago.  I guess he is reaching more people this way, but unlike Jimmy Moore I am kind of skeeved that he is charging for a lot of the info.

293 this morning.

Well, my body is pretty stressed.

WARNING: don't read on if you're squeamish!

I have to catheterize myself twice a day and yesterday morning something went badly wrong. When I withdrew the catheter I bled profusely all over the bathroom floor. I managed to get myself to the ER where urinalysis was mostly blood and, of course, revealed yet another UTI.

As usual, not much helpful happened at the ER but I went because so much blood was frightening and I was concerned about infection spreading to my blood stream.

In the end, the bleeding has stopped and I got myself home and talked to my urologist (I'm getting a new one, this guy is seriously unhelpful), my infectious disease specialist, my GP and my neurologist. Think I got everything covered and I'll be starting antibiotic today after the culture comes back from the lab.

Today has surely got to be a better day!

96 (5.32) this morning.  My nose ran like a faucet all day yesterday and the poor thing was sore as heck from blowing it so often but today , at least so far, it has passed.  Still feeling puny but I think that will pass if I get rest today.  The weather guys were right about it being windy, blew hard all day yesterday and last night and will continue today and tomorrow with lower temps.
@SKB, yes he does have a monthly fee if you want to get to "extra content" but the LCHF diet information and many other parts are still available to all with no charge.  That is what I was pointing to.

This is how my allergies manifest too, Wally . . . constant watery dripping, constant sneezing & constant wiping. I have always used 100% cotton handkerchiefs instead of tissues, because regardless of all the lotion they add to the tissues, that wood pulp product rubs my nose raw and makes matters even worse. At least my hankies are soft/gentle and I don't wind up with a big red schnozzola!

Thanks Shanny, I have hankies but don't think of using them instead of tissues but I'm going to do that.  Allergies make more sense than a cold right now but it's strange.  I usually don't have any problem with allergies and recently we have had a lot of pollen.  Our pine trees literally explode with clouds of yellow pollen floating around and we have an assortment of different brush around here, sage brush, rabbit brush and others and they all bloom at different times.  The weird thing is that right now there is no pollen floating around that I am aware of but it's been windy and this started when the wind started so methinks something is coming in on the wind.  I never took anything for allergies but maybe I need to look into that.

There have been times I took allergy meds, but nothing ever seemed to do as much as I needed done. I was tested years ago & put on desensitization shots, but those didn't do much either - I seem to be allergic to every bloomin' thing!  ;D

For years congestion was a big problem & I couldn't sleep if I couldn't breathe through my nose - the instant my mouth would drop open, I'd wake up. Somehow or another, the congestion part went away, so now I just live with the rest as long as I can breathe through my nose. But it's a little embarrassing if I have a sneezing fit in public . . . after about eight sneezes & still counting, people begin to turn to watch!  :P

patdart

Mine was 101 but still sneezing like mad, so I assume it's still allergy.  Good news is that I still don't need a blood draw yet.

86 (4.76) this drizly morning, and 86 at bedtime last night too.

The wet lately has really helped my allergies.  But the fir trees are just starting to bud so I am going to be in for it again soon.

Oh my gosh Tamagno!!  Hope you feel better soon!!  ~hug~

I was also frequently visited by allergies. Every change of weather seemed to trigger a bout of "bronchial allergy". The doctors prescribed antibiotics and what not, eventually a cortisone inhaler. But all that is history since June 2011. I feel that the Omega 3 I take daily has a big hand in boosting my immunity and keeping me safe from these niggles. Oh, BTW a 128 today morning. With a pre dinner 77 I thought I would be lower. But my dinner was 12 hours ago, so no surprises there.
