94 (5.21) this morning.  Still Summer temperatures, 88° (31.1°C) for a high yesterday but starting Wednesday we have a very small chance of rain but temps are to drop quite a bit and for the first day of Fall Thursday we should actually have Fall temps. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet. 
A1c 5.4%   8/5/2024

134 this morning (ate too many peanuts last evening)

Weather here in the midwest is 74 deg F (23 C) and a perfect autumn day.  Beautiful sunshine, light breeze and low humidity.  I wish this kind of weather to last for a long time.

79 (4.38) this mostly clear morning, 83 (4.6) at bedtime last night.

Had some rain here last night too, though not a huge amount. Temp right now is 68°F (20°C) lows in the low 40's at night. It is Fall for sure.

Rocky are you a Reiki practitioner?  What level are you?  I am a Master/Teacher.  I used to have a practice years ago, but when I moved here I just didn't start up again.  Use it on myself, my cat and send distance healings when asked.  Powerful stuff!

Off meds 3/15, diet controlled.  Minimal exercise.

169 this morning.

Making headway. Saw the pulmonologist yesterday - some declines, but I think nothing bad. Heard back from the neurologist who said to do IVIG tomorrow. And today seeing the gastroenterologist for eating problems.

My sister from Alabama arrives later today and will stay until Friday or Saturday.

Lunch today with the pastor of my church to see about doing a service of traditional carols for Christmas. Could be a fun thing to do.

skb ... Believe me if it were possible to 'send' you some snow I would.  Especially when the snowplow piles it 10 feet high at the side of the road.

Tamagno - Glad your doctors are taking good care of you.  Wishing you the best.  Hope you thoroughly enjoy having your sister visit with you.  Any chance the Christmas carol service might be recorded or at least one or two carols?
