Snap SKB, 108 for me also today.  In my case I am pretty sure I can thank the cortisone injections I had Thursday, have been running a bit high since them, but this is not a problem and I am lucky that this is as high as the Cortisone seems to take me.
Warmer here, 82° (27.8°C) yesterday and it looks to be in the mid 80's for the rest of the week.  The following week may bring lower temps and more Fall like weather.  It would be nice to have a few weeks of Fall before Winter but often it just turns from hot to cold with nothing in between.

134 this morning.

I actually considered turning on the heat a little this morning, but September just seems too early for that. It's just cold enough to want to stay in today, but there's church this morning and dinner at Big Pharma friend's place tonight.

No doubt I'll perk up some after I've had more coffee...

122 this morning.....higher number likely because I picked a ripe pear from one of our trees and it was soooo good.  :)

I thought I might be the only one who depends on my coffee for a "pick-me-up".

72 (3.99) this partly cloudy morning, 77 (4.27) at bedtime last night.

The temp has been about the same the last few days.  60°F (15.55°C) high, low in the low 40's.  It is supposed to warm up to 80°F (26.66°C) next week but I rather doubt it will happen.

It is definitely Fall here. The geese are flying in their "v's" overhead getting out of dodge before the real cold comes.  They shut off the irrigation ditch that flows behind my house this morning, so now it smells like a swamp back there.  The leaves are falling like crazy. I am so glad I found new yard maintenance people so I don't have to rake them.

Yeah Rocky, eating out can be tricky.  So many places add sugar or flour to things you guess should be safe. But you have to have fun once in a while.

103 for me today. I usually don't see numbers < 100 so that is quite a good number for me. My normal range is 110 - 120.

I checked AJ for fasting today after a break of many days.
It seems it has stayed in range. He was at 110 today. I'll be more regular from today.  ;D

121 this morning.

Cold overnight - in the 30s. Definitely fall weather. I've still got to get the chimney sweep and furnace people in for servicing. Fall is expensive!

114 (6.32) this morning.  Still getting the effect from the cortisone it seems.  Looks like we will have Summer weather for at least another week, in the mid 80's all week ( about 29°C) and then next week dropping to the low 70's (21°C) so Fall may be on it's way.
Off in a bit for another Mohs surgery for yet another skin cancer, one of three that have to be done.  It just keeps going on and on.

78 (4.32) this mostly blue sky morning, 78 at bedtime last night too.

Slightly warmer today, 65°F (18.33°C) a far cry form the predicted 80°F.

That's a nice drop rocky. Good for you. Maybe your workouts help you in dropping those numbers quickly. My own number this morning was 99.  ;D

209 this morning.

Looking forward to a day to myself and a nice, long practice today. Neither very warm nor cold and just a bit overcast, it's a perfect day to stay in.
